Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Signed With Selfie (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you use our iOS application marketed as SIGN w SELFIE (the “App”) and when you visit our marketing website (the “Site”). Together, the App and Site are the “Services.”
By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Summary
- The App is designed to capture photos with your device cameras, let you compose and sign an image, and store finished images on your device.
- We do not require you to create an account in the App for core features described in our marketing materials.
- We do not sell your personal information. The App, as we offer it, does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
- When you use the system share sheet, you choose where content goes (for example Messages, Mail, or other apps). Those destinations are governed by their own privacy practices.
2. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at geoff@studiogr.xyz. You can also use the support options shown on our App Store listing.
3. Information the App processes
The App may process the following categories of information on your device:
- Camera data. Live preview and still images from the front and rear cameras when you use capture features. This processing occurs on the device to produce your composite image.
- Signatures and text you enter. For example, a handwritten signature and printed name or similar fields you provide in the App.
- Saved composites. Finished images and related metadata (such as creation time and file references) stored locally so you can browse and share them from the in-app gallery.
- Preferences. Small settings stored on the device (for example, layout or display preferences associated with the capture experience).
We do not operate a user database in the App that uploads this content to our servers for the core flows described above. Processing happens on your iPhone or iPad unless you later use features that explicitly send data elsewhere (for example, sharing via another app or saving to iCloud if you enable related Apple features outside our control).
4. Permissions
The App requests access only as needed for functionality you use. Camera access is requested when you use capture features. If a future version adds optional capabilities (such as saving to the Photos library), the App will request the appropriate permission and explain the purpose in line with Apple guidelines.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may disclose information only in limited situations:
- When you share it. If you export or share an image using iOS share functionality, the recipients and apps you select receive what you send.
- Legal. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Service providers. We may use vendors to host the Site or operate email; they process information only on our instructions and where applicable under contract.
6. Marketing website
The Site may receive standard technical data typical of static web hosting (for example, IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as processed by our hosting provider. The Site does not use cookies for sign-in because the App does not use web-based accounts on the Site.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected personal information from a child inappropriately, contact us at the email above and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your choices and rights
You can delete saved items within the App where the product supports deletion, remove the App to erase locally stored app data (subject to iOS behavior and any device backups), and adjust permissions in iOS Settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above to make a request. We may need to verify your request as permitted by law.
9. International users
If you use the Services from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on the Site and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will take additional steps as appropriate (for example, a notice in the App or on the Site).
11. Related terms
Our Terms of Service govern use of the App and Site.
